Intro to Drypoint Printmaking with Unruly Garden Studio

Saturday 15th February, 10 am - 3pm
‘Intro to Drypoint’ is an introduction to the traditional intaglio print method in which we explore how an image can be transformed by the printmaking process. With an emphasis on learning the process and having fun, no prior experience is required.
Using an acetate plate and archival quality materials we cover basic mark making and inking techniques. We work towards creating five different images based on your original drawing or photo.
All materials and light refreshments are provided. Numbers limited to 4 to ensure that you get full access to the print press.

Salt Water Paint, Sip & Stroll with Trish Waters

Sunday, 16th February 3 - 5pm
Join us for a delightful afternoon at the iconic Busselton Jetty for our Salt Water Paint, Stroll & Sip experience!
Start with a scenic stroll to the end of the jetty, soaking in the breathtaking views. Then create a unique artwork using watercolour paints on 100% recycled paper, enhanced with salt water straight from the ocean.
Enjoy expert instruction from Trish Waters, a local artist with over thirty years experience, who will guide you as you paint.
Sip exquisite Howard Park winders while enjoying a selection of locally sourced cheese boards.

Earthy Creations Pottery with Imperfect Painter

Friday, 28th February 6 - 8pm
Join us for a delightful evening of pottery using air dry clay.
Unleash your creativity as you learn the art of hand building pottery in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this event is perfect for all skill levels.
Under the guidance of our experienced pottery maker, each attendee will learn to create 2-3 beautiful and unique trinket dishes using this ancient technique.
Get your hands dirty, shape the clay, and let your imagination run wild. It's a hands-on experience like no other!
