The Light Heart Collective website is a platform for listing workshops run by independent creatives. Light Heart Collective is not responsible for these. They are the responsibility of the workshop host and as such you must refer to the Terms and Conditions of each workshop host when making a booking.

Prices and Payment

Workshop prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Prices may change without notice, but any new price will be clearly displayed on the website.

Online Security

Light Heart Collective is a safe and secure online shopping website. We utilise SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication software in place to ensure that your credit card and account details remain secure. Both payment gateways that we use (Shop Pay and Google Payments) are internationally renowned companies for secure payments.

Workshop Cancellation

Light Heart Collective reserves the right to cancel workshops or make changes to the location and instructor of any class. Workshop postponements or cancellations may occur in extreme circumstances and are decided by Light Heart Collective and will be re-accommodated, not refunded. Credit vouchers are generated at the discretion of Light Heart Collective and valid for 12 months from date of creation.

Photography

By enrolling in a class you are giving permission to be photographed. Photos may be used by Light Heart Collective for promotional purposes. However, we do not wish to offend anyone, if you have a strong objection to this please let us know.

Health Advice

Light Heart Collective will comply with the relevant health advice issued by the WA Government at all times and we ask that participants in our workshops do the same.

No Show Policy

If you cannot make your workshop for any reason, unfortunately, we cannot refund, transfer or give credit. All purchases are final and due to the preparation required we cannot cancel them. However, you can send a friend along to take your spot. If this is the case, please be in touch with us so we know who to expect at the workshop.

Booking Process

All booking must be made online so we can ensure a streamlined booking and payment process. Your place in the workshop is secured once we receive full workshop payment. You will receive a confirmation email.

Workshop Numbers

We have class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a class at the same value within a 12-month period.
